What are good guest gifts for men and women at a baby shower?

I am throwing a baby shower in the coming months with male and female guests and I need some good ideas on what to put in the gift bags for them. I don’t want the guys gft bags to be too feminine and I also want the ladies to enjoy their gift.
I am having a bunch of friends over so im sure they wont be bored like most people. My baby shower will be more like a cookout. They actually call it a diaper and beer party. My husbands friends will come over and bring diaper and beer for themselves and my friends will come and bring traditional baby shower gifts but I have everything planned out so it will be fun for all.
