Should my friend give a baby shower gift to a woaman who was flirting with my friend's husband ?

My friend’s husband’s office manager was flirting with my friend’s husband in their office. she cought them many times. My firend’s husband told my firend that it is ok to find love outside the family and also he was flattered that she was flirting with him. Now she[manager] is pregnant[she is married], should she[my friend] give baby shower gift to her[manager]? I told her not to involve but she says that that way she will find out what her husband is going to do for her[manager]. Any ideas? any suggestion?
