What drizzle with chocolate mix?
What do you mean with melted chocolate mix, drizzling to use? I spent last night for Valentine's Day Popcorn Gift Bags and melted white, pink and red discs on her chocolate drizzle. It was not very good drizzle, mostly on coarse. The popcorn was delicious, but for reference, how can a drizzle chocolate? Thanks for any advice!
No water! It will only lead to confiscate chocolate that makes it difficult for a lumpy. If it's okay to drizzle, it may not have melted properly. If it is not long enough or is too long it was lumpy. If it melted properly, then there exists few ways to chocolate drizzled better. One is a tiny bit of butter or shortening (add very small amounts). This will help hold of the device too much and will they help soft. Oil will work, but again in tiny quantities. The other option is to buy chocolate wafers. It comes in Bags and is shaped like wafers. Wilton makes it in many different colors and make a few other companies. It is designed to be melted and reharden several times and is designed to that are hard to mess up. I use it to cover sweets and it works much better than regular chocolate.
