Have any good ideas for a Babyshower?

my and one of my sisters friend are making my sister a babyshower! i am so exited about my first nephew and i want to make this babyshower to be very special for the parents. i want to know what food i should serve, what prizes to give, games all of that
Where should i get the cake from. i was thinking Target since i work there but they dont have a big selection of cakes.
i also dont know what gift i should give them, i was thinking of a coach baby bag for my sis but im kind of poor, but i saw this cute horse rocker like those old fashioned ones, in saks fifth ave. but i dont know i really need your help.
