Giving clothes to a friend when i am expecting myself.?
I am 30 weeks pregnant expecting a boy, and my friend is 36 weeks, also expecting a boy. I didn’t make it to her baby shower because i was really sick, and overheard only 5 people came and she only got small stuff (pacifiers, soap, lotion ect.) I have 1 one year old who had TONS of clothes, and there were outfits his daddy never even let him wear because they weren’t boy enough (he didn’t even like baby blue) Most of them were already used, my mom shopped whenever she could at garage sales for good baby clothes, and still does. Anyway, i would say i have over 20 0-3 months sleepers and a few outfits. My family is already buying clothes for our son due in december, (they don’t need to, but they cant seem to help it). I am planning on getting her a present but with a 13 month old, and bills and everything, i cant afford as much as i would like you. Is it weird to give her some of my son’s old clothes? I wouldn’t gift bag them or anything.

She is worse off money wise than i am, but my children have uncles, aunts, grandparents, and step grandparents that can/will help out if money ever did get tight. Her parents were in jail and aren’t around, and her baby’s daddy, i don’t see him being much help, he is there, but he isnt "there", ya know?
