Tiny Feet Gift Bags

I am getting an engravable baby frame for my college teacher who is having a baby girl in July. I was wondering if I should get a card too and put it in a gift bag or what to do. I really don’t know how I am going to give it to her. I really hope she likes the gift since my purpose of it will be for a keepsake and something the baby can’t grow out of, etc. I was also wondering if this gift may be a little personal for a teacher?

Any suggestions?
