Do you think this was a bad idea?

My sister’s birthday was the other day so I called and told her happy bday. She told me that my mother had took the money() that my grandma sent her for my sis’s bday and spent it on me for a diaper bag for my baby shower… I couldn’t believe she did that! I felt kinda guilty but I know it’s not my fault.. So I wanted to send her a bday card with a gift card, and I thought I would give her that my mom took from her. I told my husband and he said I shouldn’t send , either less or more but just not . But I already sent the gift today… Do you think I shouldn’t have sent to her, I just felt like she deserved it from someone you know… What do you think…
