Baby shower decorating for best friend?

I am helping my best friend’s mother-in-law do her baby shower-apparently, I am in charge of decorating..I.-I am not sure what all this entails….but I need very inexpensive cute ideas please! she is having a boy…Thanx!! 
quick & easy, too please- I only have a couple weeks til the shower and I have my first wedding anniversary to plan for as well this month… busy busy!!!
She is doing the old school winnie the pooh theme….
