As the pregnant chick, do I need to provide anything for the baby shower?

My aunt is hosting a baby shower for me. Of course I am going to offer to help decorate and cook, but I was wondering what the rules of ettiquite are? Do I need to bring goodie bags for the guest? Should I get something, like a gift card, for the hostess? I’m rather tight on money atm, so I’m wondering what people expect from the pregnant woman at a baby shower.
