APG – Gift Bag with Half Cut Technique

This is a great little gift bag that can be made in less than an hour. It uses a technique I call Half Cutting or Partial Cutting that you can do with die templates and your die cutting machine. The technique is scalable so you can use it on larger dies and smaller dies for the same result. Have fun with it and make different shaped centers if you like.
