Tiny Feet Gift Bags

I am throwing a baby shower for my best friend that is having a little boy. I really do not like playing games when I go to a shower, but I wanted some ideas of some nice things to do. We are making a belly cast a few days before and I was thinking everyone could sign it, or maybe even help decorate it? I also thought about getting a time capsule and having everyone write the baby a note and maybe put a newspaper and things in there. Any ideas would be greatly apprecitated!
